From rehearsal to reflection

One conversation.
Something useful to work on.

Make space to try an approach before you need it with a real buyer.

01

Choose a situation

Start with a buyer scenario that gives your practice a clear focus.

02

Try a response

Work through a text conversation. Pause for guidance when you want another perspective.

03

Review and repeat

Revisit the transcript, discuss it with a coach or manager and decide what to try next.

Start with a focused pilot

Which conversation
does your team need to practise?

Bring one recurring sales challenge. We can explore the scenario, the behaviours you want to develop and how your team would evaluate the practice.

A useful first conversation

  • 01The buyer situation that keeps coming up
  • 02The response you want sellers to improve
  • 03A small group and a practical review plan

Pilot scope and access are agreed individually.

A few useful details

Before you begin.

What can I try today?

We can walk you through the text practice workflow and discuss a suitable pilot. Contact us to arrange a demonstration and confirm access.

Is this an AI voice coach?

The current pilot is text based, with scripted buyer and coaching responses by default. Optional AI text generation and experimental voice features are outside the standard pilot.

Is there an iPhone app?

Smart Training is a web application. There is no native iPhone app currently. Mobile Safari validation is part of preparing customer access.

How are practice conversations handled?

Transcripts support session review. The pilot has a default 30-day retention window for completed or abandoned sessions, plus account deletion controls. Read the privacy information and use fictional customer details during evaluation.
